At the Village there are discrepancies on the website.
At the Village there are discrepancies on the website. The restaurant and bar is promised "on-site" but in fact neither is operating, with a variety of excuses, i.e. "a situation" with unkempt promises that it will open " tomorrow."

Beautiful and close to several attractions only factor had a few inconveniences and should had gotten a better price for the inconveniences when not at fault. Need to have a better rate for these causes. Was put on a third floor room when specifically asked for a first floor due to knee surgery they said they would accommodate and was put on a second floor then this room was ok but had a leak in bathroom light fixture so had to move from one end to the other rooms was not serviced when asked and ants in rooms .

Great property structurally; however, many things did not work. The property was not clean and there were ants everywhere. The jacuzzi was filthy and not working, the pools filtration system did not work and we couldn't use it after the first day. All of the external furniture was dirty, the electricity on the lower half of the home didn't work for two days - which meant for two days, we had maintenance people in and out of the house. The outside lights that lighten the yard did not work. The house was just unkept and apparently never checked on. I would be ashamed to rent this house out. The pictures are deceptive.
Rooms were spacious for 2 people
The breakfast was good, fresh with a nice selection
Most staff were helpful and very polite
Beach right at the back of the pool area, loved that!
Pool area nice and large, sectioned also
Loungers in pool
Free loungers on the beach
Hotel walking distance from restaurants and few shops
The beds are very high and could be good or bad depending on your height.

Loved that there was a washer and dryer available for use, which gave us the ability to clean our used swimsuits and other laundry. Additionally, a great bonus was having two separate bathrooms. There was also a full kitchen which we made use of one night to cook dinner. Lastly, the host had many little things such as beach chairs, towels, and snorkeling gear available.
We stayed there for one night only. This hotel is close to San Juan airport, approximately 20 min by car. The pool is really huge and have amazing small waterfalls. We could play in it in the morning before check-out. Staff is friendly, we were able to check-in pretty late. The bath has a beautiful full-lentg mirror.
The room was very nice, we loved the wrist band feature so we didn't have to carry any cash or a key with us. The beach area was very nice, great being able to have chairs and umbrellas set up for you. We did not use the pool.
Beach was too rough, no life guards, and kept running out of chairs, but staff was great. It took me 45 min to get my lunch with my daughter one day at the ocean breezes grill/bar. It was a house salad and nachos.
buy a room for 3 people. When I arrived they gave me a room for 2 people. the hotel manager tells me that I must pay an extra $30 to give me a room for 3 people. it doesn't seem fair
Modern style, everything was clean and neat. Had kitchen, stove, microwave , etc. Easy access, close to San Juan. Had a parking for the apartment. Will recommend it.
