Had trouble finding it as it was dark and no one was around; contact person fixed that and was very helpful. Might have used the pool but it hadn’t been tended in a while. Manatí is a nice town and we enjoyed the area.

The breakfast was nothing to brag about, the a/c kept kicking off and on and was extremely loud. Kept us up half the night every night- You ought to fix that. The best part of our stay was the restaurant right around the corner to the hotel called El Tren De Carno who served us the most delicious meal we had eaten over the 2 weeks we were here. It took forever for me to talk to the manager, the employee told me that I am lucky that she was still on deck. Showed no compassion for our situation and did nothing to help us out find another place. Just terrible experience, we had to book another place, and we found amazing service and great at the Sheraton in Old San Juan.
