The owner, Raul was super helpful, often checking in to see how we were enjoying our stay, and offering recommendations for the area.
We had a bedroom and main room, which was great, as one of rises alot earlier then the other!
Pool on site was really lovely.
There is a beach directly across the road which was nice for a quick dip, and its an easy drive to some of the surrounding stunning beaches

The pool and lobby area were beautiful. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The price is high for what you get, but we knew this going in. You pay for location, right on the ocean. It's a 20 minute drive to get into town to do anything, so only stay here if you like the seclusion. Food and drink from the Pelican Grill was reasonably priced and good portions.
Our flight was changed last minute and we had to check out a night early. They charged a $125 cancellation fee. Nothing we could do about it, and I kind of get it. But the hotel was booked solid. I'm sure they booked out our room anyway and they didn't need to charge us.

This resort was an absolute waste of money the holiday inn right up the street was a thousand times better and 109 less per night. I personally would never stay in this old outdated run Down resort again. Like you have to go to the bar to get ice what kind of shit is that. Nope not worth it. The swimming pool and the water park are really nice. The rooms are not. They smell dirty, stains in the hallway carpet. Hallways too dark. They have installed dehumidifiers machine all over the hallway because all the humidity and smells. The furniture in rooms are old and have scratches all over them. Fells like I was transported back in time, like in the 80s. Definitely not worth the money I paid. It was really disappointed. The food at the restaurant is expensive, without taste. We went to various shopping center and restaurants in the near nearby. We also visited the main plaza, catholic church and downtown places. In addition we visited some municipalities nearby i.e. Hormigueros, L Parguera in Lajas, PR, town of Anasco, Cabo Rojo, including Boqueron area and some shops and down Aguada town.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

They need to renew all bed clothing and towels of the facility, they look very old and dirty. I spoke with the front desk personal about this matter. Wonderful hotel. The staff was exceptional 😊. We received excellent service from Gabriel, and Yvette in the front desk. They were able to change our room to a quieter area. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. We also loved the view. Lovely tropical pool was relaxing and clean. They offered excellent hot breakfast with large variety of items and excellent coffee 😋 the dining room staff was great. We were greeted every morning with smiles from Alexander, Israel and ana.
