The apartment is beautiful and modern, , well equipped with all you need for your stay. It was also very clean. The host was very kind and even offered some cake for breakfast. I highly recommend the place and I would definitely stay there again when visiting Lisbon.

Great staff, breakfast! We got a room upgrade so my experience might be tainted. We stayed in the hotel opposite (star inn) many times. Given that the prices are the same, this one is much better in terms of service, facilities and breakfast. Star Inn used to be cheaper, but now it is an overpriced and upgraded hostel with very small rooms. Better to stay at Melia at this price level.

What can I say! This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The hospitality, friendly staff, cleanliness of the hotel is 10/10. The place looks fabulous and is such a great distance from the city centre - 15/20 mins walk. The spa was absolutely beautiful and super clean. The rooms were lovely and were cleaned and stocked up atleast 2x per day - which is amazing. The breakfast was fantastic, being a vegetarian I felt there was a good range.

The rooftop pool was very clean and pleasant, the staff at the bar, reception and pool were all lovely and super helpful, the location was great. The breakfast was really varied and was well attended to.

It was my husbands birthday during our stay and the hotel left a bottle of wine and cake in our room which was a nice touch. Location is ideal. Close to metro, sights and many restaurants. Breakfast was very good,plenty of options to choose from. Great start to the day.
