flexibility in checking early as the weather was bad/ raining. friendly host. good location. outdoor space, plenty parking.

This is a lovely spacious villa with beautiful décor, excellent kitchen facilities and the beds were very comfortable compared to most beds I've encountered in Portugal. The host's team met me on arrival and showed us all of the important features and answered some questions for us. They were friendly and spoke excellent English. The splash pool is great and kept lovely and clean. The washing and drying facilities are super helpful. The gardens look and smell gorgeous (especially at night!) We had a few problems with the villa during our stay but the host and his team were exceptionally reactive and helpful in solving these issues and were usually sorted within a few hours - I believe we were quite unlucky as some things broke due to a storm and others just happened - everything is well maintained and looks fairly new so just bad luck but well managed and handled and host was friendly and apologetic. There are 2 lock boxes on the property so we could easily share the keys if we went out at different times and these were easily returned at the end of our stay when we had an early departure. Otherwise the host's team would have met us to receive these from us. The outside table with big umbrella was lovely for lunches in the shade. Nice to have a couple of fans for those hotter nights. There are many spaces to sit or sunbathe and the villa had the full sun (except on cloudy days!) from sunrise to sunset. There isn't a lot of shade available outside however for those with fairer skin. The kitchen is well set up for cooking, bbq (indoors) and has a dishwasher, fridge freezer and separate freezer as well as all dishes and pots you may need to cook family dinners. There is a nice coffee maker too! We had a good stay here and although I have written some things about its drawbacks (these could easily be sorted and would make the stay much nice!

The breakfast was ok, good to see gluten free and dairy free options. There were plenty of swimming pools. Good access to the beach. This resort is more suited to adults, not children and golfers.

The surprises kept in our room for Easter. The care and list of events conducted by the Kids club during our entire stay, especially for Easter. The cleanliness of the entire property. Well spread out breakfast buffet.

It has everything you could want from a beach side hotel, pool is great and the spa is very reasonably priced.

Excellent location to the beach and restaurants. Staff a very friendly, nice and make your stay that little bit special.

It was great!! Friendly staff, professional, kind, helpful, generous, patient. Thank you to all! Blackout blinds, breakfast, access to beach and walking trails, modern bathroom, outdoor pool, beautiful and quiet surroundings, steam room, sauna, outdoor seating at the restaurant, low level gentle music inside restaurant at dinner.

Exceptional staff and insane value for money!

The entire stay far exceeded all of our expectations!! The employees are all extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating! The rooms are extremely spacious and very clean. The kitchenette is perfectly equipped. On our last evening we ate in the restaurant - excellent service and super tasty dishes! The location is also amazing - walking distance to three stunning beaches and also the cute town Ferragudo is just 10 min away. We had a blast and will definitely come back!!
