Four Points by Sheraton Sesimbra has a restaurant, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in Sesimbra. Great hotel, with awesome staff. There was a great fragrance all over the hotel, ever since we got to the garage. The room was bright, and spotless The bed was super comfy. The pool was great, and since it was a bit windy in the village below, we ended up staying there because it was more protected, and enjoyed a great caipirinha in the sun. The dinner service was very good, as well as the breakfast. Very attentive staff. Overalls one of the best hotel experiences I have had, both in Portugal and abroad.

Sesimbra is a beautiful place to stay. The beaches are spacious and the sea is perfect for swimming and the sand great for sunbathing. We like the lack of traffic - you can park up for the duration of the stay and everything is within walking distance. La Villa is a great Italian style restaurant with great food at reasonable prices. Formiga is a cafe / restaurant that serves great seafood. The garlic prawns are highly recommended.

We had 4 nights which was ideal for a May 2023 holiday. Weather was mixed but plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. Dolphin trips a must- pretty much guaranteed to see them Good views of the town from the castle (free to enter and park) Cabo do Espichel worth a trip out and to see the dinosaur footprints was pretty amazing Arrábida Park is huge and a treasure. All the beaches were superb our favourite being Galapos Casa Mateus was our favourite restaurant- we stumbled across it one lunch and were lucky to get a table. Would suggest booking

Being close to Lisbon we thought it would be a bit over crowded. But lots of space and great places nearby to visit. Nice walking and hiking areas nearby. Beaches are very nice and sheltered so good for families. If you have a car, visit the cape. Walk out to the end of the breakwater by the marina. A wine on the beach at sunset with live music playing on the boardwalk was a bonus.

The apartment was fabulous. Very clean and comfortable. The beds and bedding was excellent. The sofa bed in living room was also excellent. The balcony was facing the ocean and wrapped around for a panoramic view with lots of sun!! Perfect for us, and overlooking the pool! Had a lovely time and would highly recommend! Walking downhill to beach was easy but steep going back so often took an Uber for 4 euros.

Sesimbra is a perfect holiday destination.
Sesimbra is a perfect holiday destination. Just 45 minutes by car from Lisbon Airport, but you can also catch the bus for just a few euros. The bus leaves the Sesimbra terminal at regular times. I little research into busses and you don't need the expense of a rental car. Come with a good appetite for the best fish restaurants in the world. Enjoy long walks along the coast or be adventurous and hire diving, sailing or surfing equipment.

Sesimbra is a perfect seaside destination. Only 35mins in a taxi from Lisbon airport (50 Euros). The town is charming with a compact old town centre packed with fantastic fish restaurants. The Beach is large, sheltered and super clean (soft golden sand raked every day) Sea quality excellent although can be chilly as its the Atlantic - swimming is very safe with no big waves. Very historic area with lots to do and see.

Perfect location. Spectacular view. Very well equipped for a short OR long stay. Antonio is a very welcoming host, quick to respond to questions, and really cares that guests enjoy the visit. Sesimbra is a magical place, especially in the off-season when the beaches are quieter. We loved hiking to the castle and Arrabida park, wandering the town, very good restaurants, and daily beach walks. Street parking is easy. Highly recommended.

We liked everything about this hotel, the location is superb, only a very short walk to the beach. We managed to find parking spaces right outside as well. The first room we had was fantastic but the wi-fi was not working due to a router issue on that floor, withing half an hour we had been moved to an equivalently good room where the signal was perfect.
