This hotel is perfect on every level. From the amazing staff, the lovely room design, and the gorgeous and relaxing spa. Every little detail is thought through perfectly.
Beyond that, the location is simply stunning overlooking the mountains. This was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Location was useful for the hills and Bran (if you want overcrowded tourism) though a busy-ish road and unfort for us the tarmac being ripped up.
It was quiet. The room was a good size and the internet worked well. Thats said the room was a quirky bright orange everything and a very low bed and a bean bag which was comfy. Depends on your taste.
