Nothing, everything is horrible... from the elevator to the dirty room and sheets on the bed .

Everything: the fantastic courtyard, you’re literally on the beach while enjoying a very clean and relaxing courtyard and property, with great facilities. The staff working during breakfast is absolutely amazing: friendly and welcoming, ready to meet all requirements of the guests. Also, their private beach is extremely clean, not overcrowded with clean and comfortable sun-beds. It’s obviously that the owners of this property care about their guests and their comfort. For sure, it’s the best place to stay in Romanian seaside.

Olimp is located next to Neptun, which is good.
Olimp is located next to Neptun, which is good. We spent most of our time in Neptun. I don't think there are many locations in Olimp. However, being so close to Neptun, we had access to many good restaurants and attractions, such as Luna Park, Dino Park, Neptun Lakes, forest, etc. There were many good beaches near Neptun lakes, only 5 minutes by car from Olimp.

Still a lot of room for improvement, but for a weekend experience is good enough. High prices at restaurants, not too many options for a decent dinner (there are just few restaurants open, eg Ciresica). If you like to grab a snack, you need to walk around to find a mini market. At the beach, except for coffee, ice cream and drinks you cannot buy food (only some chips). Didn’t find any fruits.

Very old, no maintenance, not enough street lights, no parkings, no playgrounds, no green spaces, no alleys. Everything look old, and poorly maintained, the city hall is asking for a turism tax, but they offer absolutely nothing for it! It's a shame!

The Olimp is nice place but there are no place to go and the Belvedere is privat area as hotel and beach. The beach at the hotel or in Olimp is bad with big stones in the water and imposible to swim or walk . No activities, quit borring...
I had to pay more and can stay at the privat beach at Belvedere hotel where it was better the beach. Otherwise. One option is to make rezervation at the Velvedere-Amfiteatru-Panoramic hotel. Is worth it even you pay the price. I recomand to go in other places and check in advance if the beach is ok and other services. I was dissapointed to pay a hotel with Breakfast and when i got there, there said is no BB. Well the food was like self service but good and fresh and a average price.. and in every evening was a night show with music and bally dance. Finally i dont recomand the hotel at that price without BB. There are many places better... I will never go there....

Good hotels, good beaches especially CopaHavanna, but nothing special from the public authorities, no parking spaces but improvisation on degraded green spaces. The surroundings of all hotels are freeezed in the 90', no major restoration and modernisation was undertaken by public authorities. Shame on them!

This place needs a bit more life brought to it.
This place needs a bit more life brought to it. There are way to many abandoned hotels and restaurants around...it gives the impression of an abandoned city. The beach is mostly from shells, but is clean. The water is nice, but you need to find the areas with sand in waters, rather than stones.
Hotel Banat is one of the last affordable stays in Olimp which is gradually and sadly becoming a resort for rich people (minus garbage picking).
It's one of the very few hotels that survived virtually unchanged from communist times.
The view is still great (not for long, property sharks are building useless rental flats nearby).
The reception personnel is really nice and the cleaning ladies very dedicated.
The hotel is very close to the beach.
Awsome apartament with a nice view. The view is even nicer at night. The balcony is pretty big so you can drink and beer, smoke a cigar with your friends/family and admire the view. The apartament is big, clean and has a kitchen with all the stuff. So you can cook in it if you want to. I like it a lot. If I ever come back to Olimp I will want to stay there again.
The staff was great, the view was wonderful, right on the sea side and the food very various and tasty.
Many activities for children and not only. The sea view restaurant and bar are big point for the hotel.
We will recommend it for sure and we will be back next year for a full vacation!
we had a great time at olimp 35 the apt is renovated and stocked with everything u need. it was super clean and the little things like fresh cofee was great but the panoramic view all around was the best part, we loved it. will 100% come back again. thank you for a great experience
Renovated hotel, clean and friendly staff. The beach is included, beach towels and good options for breakfast.
Great service at the front desk, Catalina checked me in and was helpful with all the information needed ( early check-in upon arrival ). ✅👍
Good location near a sea. Seaview from Apartment. Staff is a super. This hotel is a for peoples who likes little retro style and who traveled economy. In reception sell a soft and alcoholic drinks and some snacks for good prices.
Extremely nice hotel, with generous size rooms, large comfortable bed, good size bathroom, large balcony.
Superb buffet breakfast with a variety of meet and meet-free items to choose from.
Free parking as a bonus.
Great pool and kids playground areas. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Amazing breakfast and lunch variety of food plus delicious a la carte dinner menu and wine selection. Comfy bed and huge terrace
Location of the hotel, new property, 2 mature ladies from reception tried to help improve our stay. It’s one of the very few options of new accommodation structure on the Romanian riviera
Hotel is refurbish with new furniture, new elevators, new bathrooms and new air conditioner, everything is very clean and new. Reception stuff is nice. Nice sea view from room.
The hotel is very clean, recently renovated with decent material which give a good vibe. Its very close to the beach, the nicest beach in the area. I strongly recommend it.
Excellent location, this is the former Hotel Moldova which has been completely renovated and converted into condominiums. The accomodations were superb. Views are amazing!
