We enjoyed very much the staying at Kerekes Vendeghaz. The host was very kind and we could check in earlier, leave the car and the bike and prepare for a family hike. The scenery and the view are magnificent. We asked for breakfast right after booking… It was a delicious breakfast and remembered my childhood immediately, bundaskenyer with mint tea. It's a really nice and cozy place for a few days of retreat. Close to many mountain trails. Sice we were there in the winter we had to make the fire every night to heat the house but even so it was a nice experience. The view from the property is simply amazing.

The facility is wonderful. There is a huge living downstairs, with lots of sitting places (armchairs,rocking chair and a comfy sofa), a table with chairs, a kitchenette and the bathroom.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms,each of them with its own TV. There's also a huge smart TV in the living, you can watch Netflix and several sports channels, including Eurosport, which is cool if you want to watch Roland Garros final in such a location.
There is a great place for making barbecue outside, we've enjoyed it. Lots of friendly pets and a friendly host.
