Key collection was very easy, After landing at the airport I messaged the owner and they met me at the entrance to the property. They then showed me both entrances and gave me a tour of the apartment. The owner was also very helpful with providing anything required during the stay. Also loved having a bottle of water and chocolates ready and waiting on arrival.
