It was the first time I had a very unpleasant experience...
It was the first time I had a very unpleasant experience through booking. Namely, I booked one night in this accommodation for 15-16 Feb. I received the booking confirmation and marked the time of arrival at the accommodation the day before. When we arrived at the location, I tried to contact the accommodation and no one answered. After that I got an automatic message to text them. I explained that I was at the location and that I was interested in how to pick up the keys to the accommodation. I received the answer that the accommodation is not rented out and that "they do not know where we have booked and who confirmed it to us." When I wrote to them that I had booked through Booking, I never heard from them again. I understand that mistakes happen and that there could have been a mistake in not paying attention to my reservation, but I don't think it's human and professional for someone to "pretend to be crazy" and not even say sorry and try to suggest a solution. I would also appreciate them to just call, apologize and ask if they can help us in some way. I would like to mention that we traveled to this accommodation for a long time, made expenses and subsequently we had to find a way to find new accommodation. Very bad experience and advice to avoid them.IrenaSerbia
