Marko and Ivana are the nicest hosts ever! They have a large property on a hill next to the lake providing a picturesque view. There are all sorts of domestic animals there including sheep, goats, chickens, dogs, and cats. The atmosphere was super relaxing, and we enjoyed our 3-day stay. The house was clean, warm, and had all the amenities. The last 10 minutes of the drive to the place is a gravel road, but it's accessible by any car. Uvac viewpoints are 1 hour away, the closest restaurants are 20 minutes away, and a grocery store is 10 minutes away.

The cheese pie is something one must try when visiting this Etno Village, and of course, pepper in sour cream :)
The village's location is close to everything, plus the hosts are very very nice and know how to point out must-see locations nearby.

We saw around 30 rare species vultures flying over the viewpoints and across the river, so you can imagine what a sight it was!
Had we stayed more, we would have gone fishing for sure as plenty of fish could be seen right from a pedestrian bridge nearby

The destination is for nature lovers, great escape from city life. Very cool in summer. The canyon is magnificient. Very hard to reach by standard cars. Navigation can be tricky. Great destination for bikers, with off-road hills. Famous for Griffon vulture, incredible to see even from very far.
