We visited only the side closest to Vrnjačka Banja so I'll refer to it. Goč is a mountain just enough populated, not too crowded and not empty. People are welcoming and warm. There's a restaurant next to the modest ski slopes, together they make a center of the happenings on Goč. The restaurant offers domestic meals of good quality. A good choice for a few hours walk is a lake that is placed not far away, 3-4 km. Nearby, there is a terrain for basketball and a small church. What Goč misses is a market. Though, it cannot brag with a rich content, the air and water quality are amazing. It is a perfect choice if you want to unplug for a few days.

Goč is one of the most beautiful mountains in Serbia . It’s for everyone of those who like silence and sounds of nature’s music . It’s unpolluted and gess (???) also quite uninhabited . So all those things that you’ll need , bring them with you before claiming up there . There is no shops or grocery stores , those are kilometers away . It’s biggest mountain peak is at altitude of 1216m . And it is called Ljukten . If you want some views that you will never forget , go there . Also go check lake Selište . Not far away you will find a fireplace where near cristal clear water you can enjoy with your friends making barbecue . You can also eat at “Etno House Horizont” restaurant with profesional stuff and delicious food . There is no big animal threats that can find you . Bears are rare and wolfs , are not hunting in packs so they are not threat to people . Just bunch of Foxes , Deers , some wild pigs and yes , be aware of snakes (Two species of Vipers) . There is a chance for you to meet at least one (it all depends of season) . Your phone will probably be out of range because of poor signal . And yes , this mountain has one of the richest flora of all mountains in Serbia . So go hike or lay down on the field full of butterflies, whatch lake and it’s colorful dragonflys, rest from the mosquitoes for a while and enjoy fresh and dark nights . Maybe it is wild , but it’s wild for starters, so really anyone can rest and bild up for everyday opsticals.
