Miss Ibtehal , from guest relations, with her nice and sincere smile, she went out of her way to make our stay (my mother s and mine) as comfortable as it can possibly be, she helped us with everything we needed. (we thank her very very much for her sincere effort) .
also all staff members were very competent and nice , and alwthere for the guests , all the time .
we needed a wheelchair,as my mother could not make it any longer without assistence, it came without delay, also the room service was fast and clean.
we were positively surprised to find a modern nespresso mashine in our room, with coffee capsules of course,
together with the usual choices of coffee and tea etc. .
the breakfast buffet was outstanding , the staff very friendly, no wishes were left out , and the food:
freshness of foods and drinks, many choices of fruits and vegetables and drinks , also freshly prepared "on site " foods
(like : eggs, foul, falafel, pancakes, breads, even mana2eesh ...... ), you name it, ... covering different tastes, cultures and countries.... chapeau.
the beds were very good, mattresses not softened , not overused ,. .. obviously quality controlled.
very comfortable.
the many elevators were all functioning good, we did not have to wait in lines .
all in all , it was a very pleasant experience. .....thumbs up.

Clean, modern and spacious rooms. I have stayed in the clock tower previously which is an ideal location but this is still very close, has access to the main gates of the mosque and the lift/hotel is not busy at prayer times and you don’t have to wait long for the lift. I booked two rooms, in one room I booked a superior king bed, but when I arrived it had 2 king beds in which I was pleasantly surprised about. The other triple room I did not expect a small living area inside it which was a very nice touch as we were able to have meals there. I have travelled mecca several times and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in. Would recommend it to my friends and family and I will book again in the future in sha allah.
