Honoured by Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi, one of the holiest mosques in Islam, Medina is the 2nd most important Islamic pilgrimage site after Mecca. Surrounded by hills that have seen hundreds of people seek refuge in its oasis, this city has developed a range of modern facilities to host the pilgrims from all over the world.
Formerly named Yathrib, the city is also known as Madīnat an-Nabiy or ‘Prophet’s City’, and it’s also known as Al-Madīnat(u) 'l-Munawwarah or ‘Radiant City’. The Prophet Muhammad came to the city in the 7th century, seeking refuge from his opponents. According to Muslim theology, the last chapters of the Quran were revealed to him here.
The site where the Prophet lived is now occupied by the Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi or ‘Prophet’s Mosque’. Although the mosque has changed and expanded over the years, the green dome is part of the original sanctuary.
Places like the Masjid Quba mosque, the Masjid Al-Qiblatain mosque and the Al-Baqi Cemetery also represent important holy sites in Medina.
Whether you arrive directly at Medina’s Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz International Airport or come from Mecca or Riyadh, check out the accommodation deals on Booking.com before travelling.

When your heart is deeply connected to a city like Madina,...
When your heart is deeply connected to a city like Madina, everything around becomes truly amazing. Our souls and hearts remain captivated by the beauty of Madina. The nearby food options around Masjid Nabwi may be average, but taking a stroll to explore different cuisines and savor authentic flavors is truly worth it. It's important to note that driving in Madina has become a bit challenging due to ongoing maintenance work. Unfortunately, Google Maps may not always provide accurate information about the blockages and detours. Nevertheless, the enchantment of Madina continues to captivate us, making every moment spent there truly special.

Alhamdullilah .
Alhamdullilah . My self & my family members were very much happy about to pray in Holy Majidul Nabawi.
And got the nearby Restaurant for Sahr & Iftar .
Just around 400 - 500 m walk to reach Haram .
This trip was really Fantastic & enjoyed .
Very clean hotel and everywhere it smells so good!!!!
Check in took only 2 mins. the gentlemans were so lovely and gave us more keys when we lost many times. also they offered us late checkout without any fees to pray Friday prayers.
The best thing was when we checked in our shower was broken and called front office and they sent rightaway Technian to repair. and since we came to saudia we’ve been to so many 5 stat hotel but this is the one where you can quality service!!!! Great job to Front office staff!
Fantastic location. Fast free WiFi. Very clean hotel.
The best customer service team in Saudi Arabia, in my humble opinion. Especially Reema number 1 and Reema number 2.
All the concierge and room service staff were great.
The hotel is fantastic only because it's run by a fantastic general manager, Mr Abdul Rahman Jamaan. He is very empathetic.
He understands the personal circumstances of the customer and finds solutions to cater for them. He is a true diamond.
The price of 125€ per night for a room in pension Saudi Arabia without any meal or any Star is extremely expensive. I was trusted in booking website, but unfortunately I am no longer trust in the price rate the you but. I have been in the city and I know the price of that kind of pension or hostel with out any service no more than 10-15 not 125€ . Bookings need to revise it police regarding the hotels in Saudi Arabia...
I feel that I scammed by booing
From where should I start , professional staff , special thanks to Mr.Sabri and Mr.Kamaran , they always try to help you for any advice and also they drop us to Haram. Hotel has a drop facility to Haram for all the prayers. Also let me thanks all the staff in the front office/Reception , they are always welcoming and do their best to support you and they are from Saudi , which is plus point to the hotel management.
The best thing is the location of this hotel. It's right on the Al Salam road, It takes about 5 mins by walk to reach the Masjid An Nabawi gate 315, which is very very close to the Rawdha entrance. And next to the newly constructed Salam museum. If staying close to the masjid is one's only priority then you can consider staying at this property.
The location was perfect, right infront of the prophets mosque. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Saudi Arabia.
The room is a bit small but very clean and staff are very helpful. Only thing is i donot recommend the cafe downstairs, try to opt for the buffet instead. Also try ordering local cuisines as theyre better at making those.
This is our second time staying at this hotel. The first time, we had a horrible experience but we thought we would give it a try again. And wow we were surprised. The front staff, Huda, was an amazing person. When you want to check-in ask for Huda. She is the nicest person I have met in Saudi.
The breakfast was very high quality and delicious. Best meal I had in Saudi. The location is perfect, and I would say it’s actually the best location compared to all of the other hotels in the area. Very close access to the Rawda entrance. Clean, modern, comfortable rooms. Excellent value
Everything was very good. We were granted early check in and late check out. They did not ask us for payment before check in until later afternoon. Self check in which is very easy and fast. Bottled water is available all times and not limited like hotels. I liked it.
Great hotel and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. They would do their best to achieve all your needs and offer you the best solutions. I loved everything about it and I had a great view. I would definitely be back to Madinah to the same hotel.
Having stayed in Pullman zamzam Makkah the previous week Pullman zamzam madinah hotel was a much better experience. The room service staff were fantastic and very attentive and the general mannerism of the staff was good who were very informative.
Best location.
Courteous Staff.
