Very important and urgent for the employees in charge of booking.com to read because what happened to me was un acceptable at all:
I dont like booking .com .. because when I reserved the room on booking on line .com , I was pretty sure that what i saw of the total amount of the room price is reasonable... I confirmed my booking and I selected to pay later in the hotel ..but I was shocked when the hotel receptionist inform me what to pay... it was much more than the price I was sure saw it when I reserved the room while I was confirming the steps on line in reserving the room...and even in the hotel system the room price was less than on line booking. com . I tried to cancel my on previouse on line booking reservation and reserve a new reservation in hotel.. but the previouse on line booking reservation was non refundable ... that force me to pay that much amount of money which made me angry and upset.
