The staff were really great! When it rained, we borrowed an umbrella. When I got bit by a sandfly, I borrowed some cream. We were served fresh fruits and drinks without asking for it. We were incouraged to pick fruit from the garden. Every time we wanted to cook, there was someone to help us. We even got a fred ride to our next accomodation. At any time of the day, we got help if needed and felt really welcome. Further more, the breakfast was lovely and there’s a wonderful beach nearby.

Stephen the owner is a great host. The staff were exceptional. A huge thank you to Alum and Suzon. They would have cleaned my room everyday if I allowed it. They were always friendly, helpful and generous. The photos do not do any justice, the rooms are better and cleaner than they look. WiFi was very good and location 20min walk to the beach. The area felt safe. As a woman this was important as I walked around a lot by myself.

We are travelling very often all over the world and never in our life we meet a person as Jeoanne, the owner of the apartment. She took care about us more than our mother, helping every need we had. She provide a taxi driver who showed us Mahe Island .Hubert was the best taxi driver in the world.

We like long beach walks; we had a plenty of it in Bel Ombre. We like seafood; a lot of small nice places to have it. I would avoid going to La Plage which is located on the beach - very untasty, very unpleasant service. All other place were quite good. Bel Ombre is a good place to stay and still be close to Beau Vallon beach, but you must have a car as public buses are not allowed for tourists due to Corona restrictions. Top attraction is the Anse Major trail.

She was always present and helped us with our questions whenever needed. Also the fact that there is a small grocery shop right next to the apartment is a huge pro. One of the most beautiful beaches of Mahe (Beau Vallon Beach) is 5-10 minutes of walk from there. The apartment itself was spotless with daily house cleaning (which was a pleasant surprise) and had every appliance needed.

The staff is extremely friendly and forthcoming to fullfil any request - to be honest I've been to many countries and many places, but never have I stayed at a place that has this kind staff working there. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Had a grand terrace overlooking the ocean and the garden which was a gem on its own. If we're ever to visit Seychelles again - and I hope we're back soon - we'll definitely come to Beach Cottages to stay!

It was nice and interesting talking to him and to learn more about the Seychelles. The view from our apartment (Chalet) was stunning, we just sat there in the morning and evening and watched the ocean. The area was quiet and it was easy to get to a closer beach as well as to the Beau Vallon beach. Furthermore there were supermarkets close by. All in all we had a very good time!LisaHamburgGermany

The manager contacted the planner for us, and found a hair and makeup specialist so the bride would look like the beauty she is. Then they surprised us with champagne, balloons and snacks after the wedding. The kitchen was well equipped, and the washing machine got a lot of use after our trips to the beach.
