Professional staff, clean room, close to City centre, railway station and university. Great view of the City and the sea. Retreat Lounge feels like home. Steam and herb saunas are my favorite after a long day! Rejuvenating. I chose the hotel since they have Carpe Diem beds, so i could count on sleep quality.

Lack of cleanliness, we only received one small blanket for two people in a large bed. The room is cold, the windows are dirty, the shower gel and the shampoo bottle are empty. At 2 o'clock in the morning, loud music was played, it was impossible to sleep. the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
