After viewing wonderful pictures on booking dot com I was shocked and Appalled when I saw our room was not only tiny but with a bed for two less than 140cm! The worst part was that room smelled sour and moist. We complained to the receptionist and especially since my wife is eight months pregnant, i expected some help but we got none. I am furious with the treatment we got and so disappointed. We did not spend the night there and went home but the hotel would not refund. They said that we could see the room easily on the page. Sure if you go to PICTURE 10 you can see a bad looking bed and somehow this should tell you that there are rooms of widely different quality here. How should I know that? How can I offer that as a gift to my wife? I will report this property to the local authorities and will never come back. It’s outright fraud!!

This hotel is wonderful, with an atmosphere from another time, with beautiful furniture and decorating objecs. The location is perfect, the rooms are very clean and cozy and the people very nice. The breakfast and the food at the restaurant were also great.
