Staff was not good, i change my room by pay extra and at reception they said i am going to get room with window BUT it will be ready 3 o clock, when i back staff was change and they not give me room what committed and i paid, i had no written proof ......... so make sure with written if they asked you to wait.....i think some one pay more and they give my room to them..........very bad.........rest ok
