Staying in those luxurious tents was really amazing. The accomodation was perfect and also the oven was really comfortable, the food also was very recommendable! But over all the staff was the nicest and loveliest I had in the last years. You definitely have to stay 2-3+ nights or longer to experience the falmily vibe there! Also Grebbestad offers such an relaxing and calm atmosphere that it is perfect for a relaxing holiday or a few days off.
Lovely Greets from Austria, hope to meet again soon!

Great location with fantastic views over the lake especially when the sun comes out and sitting in the summer house. Short walk to the sea, sauna on Saturday was extremely nice.

The idyllic location, the friendly and helpful hosts (Marita made us feel right at home), the well-equipped apartment (appreciated the kitchen a whole lot), how close it was to the different sites... and so much more.
We really enjoyed driving through the countryside, being at one with nature, and exploring the remnants of the Scandinavian Bronze age around Tanumshede.
The house is located a short car-ride away from the Tjurpannan, which provides breathtaking views of the North Sea.
A brilliant experience overall!
The hotel is located beside the old restaurant (which you should visit): The hotel is okay, the bathrooms are quite small and the beds are quite (too) soft. The rooms are not really big (understanding that this is an old building). THe breakfast is okay and there is nothing to complain about. Maybe it would be nice to have espresso also.. but that is Sweden.
Breakfast was set out and well staffed. Lovely selection of breakfast foods. I loved the personal touch with the tributes to former managers of the hotel next to each room door. Wall paper and bright surroundings were well done and cheerful. The room was very small but the location was well worth it. Nice to have a world class restaurant next door.
Really lovely hotel, everything great had the buffet dinner and breakfast which were both very good. I thought the pictures on booking.com didn't do it justice. Would have been nice to eat breakfast outside as the weather was lovely.
A beautiful and elegant old house that has been updated with modern bathrooms. Lovely, friendly staff. Nice buffet dinner and breakfast. Great location for visiting the Bronze Age rock carvings.
