The staff at the reception was very nice. We left 1 night early. They could not give us a refund, but instead we got a free coffee and ice cream. That way we did leave feeling rather more positive ;).

The location is fantastic, right in the city center and close to nice restaurants within walking distance. The room is clean and cozy with Easter chocolates! The service staff are friendly and kind. The breakfast and afternoon tea are all tasty. Also there is a nice cat in front of the hotel, which adds lovely memories to my vacation:)
