Basically we like everything! The hotel is situated in a beautiful area, surrounded by grass fields used for golfing and horses. Upon arrival, we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to prepare our room in time, even though we arrived earlier than the check in was planned for. The whole hotel is designed in industrial style, which we really liked. The room was great, with a sleek look, comfortable beds and enough room for suitcases, bags and clothes. The breakfast, which was included, is a self service style, with a very wide range of fresh and tasty foods and beverages.
The surrounding area is very peacefull and great for relaxation and walks in nature.
Highly recommend!

There are many things to see around.
There are many things to see around. We visited Lipica farm and Koper town. We found very good food at decent price at "Gostlina Spark" restaurant, it is behind the "business incubator" center, across the street from Lidl supermarket.

The landscape altogether is pure nature and wildlife as well as the place being close to the bigger city of Trieste - only 30km away and in Italy. Of course it is also not far from another place by the seaside called Pirana - which is in Slowenia. So peaceful, so quiet and so beautiful. Hidden paradise, that I had only for myself, and not sharing the pool with no one. I opened the door and there was only for me. What you want more in life? The breakfest was amazing and restaurant in the hotel is superb. The best part was that the famous Lipica Horse farm is basically located accross the Hotel, which is a must see visit for all.
