We had a great and wonderful time at Renata apartment. The host - Miroslava was very kind, she met us upon arrival, gave us keys and showed where everything was.
The view from the balcony is amazing - I loved waking up earlier in the morning and just relax by breathing in the fresh mountain air.
The location was perfect for our planned hikes, too. ~40min drive to Maly Rozšutec trail, and 1h20min to Sulovske skaly trail. One day we also went to the famous Štrbske Pleso, that took us ~1h drive. There are also multiple hiking trails that start close to the apartment building.
Tesco, a large grocery store is ~15min by foot and only 5min car drive away. So also very convenient.
And a very big bonus - free parking under a roof right beside the side entrance door.
