I stayed 2 days and really enjoyed my time there. I stayed in playa st Blas during the day and drove to playa El Tunco every evening for the restaurants and the night life. Beautiful beaches; it's is a shame business owners do not invest money in keeping the beaches cleaner. And some of the business owners empty waste in the ocean. So disappointing they have their business there and do not protect this beautiful beaches.

I love La libertad it has so many Beaches and places to explore. It is just amazing. If you live seafood or surfing this is the place. If you ever go there and like the living night and have fun like nightclubs visit El Tunco especially on weekends.AAnonymousUnited States - 6.0Scored 6.0

Prices do not reflect the value of the product. The name "Resort" doesn't go with the facility since everything is rustic. Air conditioning does not work very well. I woke up during nights several times in a cold sweat. Bathrooms had only partial enclosures that allow water into the toilet area. Number of towels was limited. Body soap and shampoo was limited or none. La Libertad is a rural area that has limited formal business. So, wondering or shopping around the hotel is not feasible. I tried to cancel one of the two nights and was told it would be too complicated to do it. Food was fine but expensive. Prices were twice as high as what was available at next door beech. I enjoyed the views, the gardens, and the night tranquility. One night would have been enough though.

It is well situated in El Tunco and easily walkable to a variety of restaurants, bars, convenience stores and some of the best surfing point and beach breaks around. It is also very well prices for the value provided and the included breakfast is top notch! There is a great Yoga studio next door also which has walk in classes which are great and Boca Olas is far superior to the resort the yoga studio is located in...hard to beat $27 full lobster!!

My husband and I stayed for several nights, and we really enjoyed the proximity to everything in El Tunco. The hotel felt very safe, it had a delicious breakfast, and the room was very comfortable. We had air conditioning and a mini-fridge and it was such a treat. The messaging back and forth before arriving was also very helpful and responsive to my questions. I would definetly stay again and can highly recommend.

Great place for relaxation. Our room had ocean view on 2nd floor. At night we could hear the waves. Great for families because it’s not really a place to party. Staff is nice but customer service is really slow. This is in general though no matter where you go in El Salvador. Breakfast is good but menu overall is limited. The beds are comfortable. Hotel lobby, restaurant and pool area are kept really clean.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful (even with limited English). A rocky beach is right outside the hostel, though there are massive, round rocks and the tide is strong. Great for watching the sunset or taking a dip. I also really appreciated the turtle sanctuary.ClarkCanada
