Staff were super friendly and helpful. They are 24/7 so late checkin was no problem. Breakfast was included as well as free airport transfer. Breakfast even had pupusas.

Peopel are nice and helpful, There is koffie in the morning. There are tabel and chairs in the lobby to zit. Very nice decoration.

The lady at the front desk was fantastic, she helped us find taxis, plan our route to the bus station even though we spoke little Spanish we can’t thank her enough, the room even though very basic was clean, we had clean towels and sheets. You can get food delivered if you don’t want to venture out at nighttime which is good for new/ solo travellers
