As already mentioned by others, the owner is very very friendly and helpful. It is not often mentioned that the other hotel staff is also very friendly.
The views from the resort are excellent, almost unbelievable.
The room was very clean. So was the bathroom with a good water pressure.

Wonderful hotel, loved the new pool and restaurant. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Incredible views from the pool. They were always happy to take us via buggy to the pool from reception. A must in the heat with children. TV had good channel for the kids who were struggling sightseeing in the 36 degree heat and humidity.
