Staff obviously loved their work surroundings and were happy and humorous! Food was absolutely delicious with a great choice..Again staff were flexible and more than ready to provide meals throughout the day. What a hidden gem!

Great location, nice views and each cabin has its own private garden. The swimming pools are clean and not too cold, pool towels are supplied. Beds are comfortable ( a bit soft) decent coffee machine provided in the room. Breakfast is OK, you need to order omelets/ scrambled eggs etc from the staff as only soft boiled are provided at the buffet. Coffee is good!..thai food is limited( see negatives). The Hotel gardens are very well kept..its all very clean tidy and basically a very nice place to stay at!

You have the option to order the meals (dinner and breakfast) by 4 pm if you don't want to leave the premises. We loved the place so ordered in almost our entire stay. There are large, open, green areas that were perfect for our large dogs to explore. Even though there are some resident soi dogs at the property, they are all pretty well-behaved. The beds are okay, the place is quiet, and overall the surroundings are lovely.
A 20-minute drive from Palio, sala khaoyai offers rooms and villas with free Wi-Fi. Guests can relax with massage treatments at the spa or take a dip in the pool.
