Nice location, massage and hair salons around the area close too the Gate . Pool was very nice ,Breakfast is good had quite a few choices and eggs made to order also have yoghurt and fruit and a wide variety of pastries/cakes . Nice big room. Also has room service and bar near pool.

The location was excellent in old town Chiang Mai. The room was spacious. The reception staff were helpful making suggestions about places to go etc. We did a cookery class and staff let us use the microwave to heat up left over food and the fridge to store it, this was greatly appreciated. The hotel is in a nice setting with a spacious and airy reception area.

Love that the pool is heated, yet it was too small to swim. Only for pictures. The hotel is well-designed and very delicate. Room size is relatively smaller than other hotels even though we’ve booked for a bigger room as in garden view type.

The suite was larger than I expected, and very clean. Lovely little extras like soft waffle-weave robes and slippers made it feel like a luxe experience. Appreciated the big bathtub (with kids we prefer them to showers). The location was perfect for exploring — felt tucked away but the old city and all of its markets, street food, temples and everything else were right there when you walked out the door and down the alleyway.
