We, family of 4 adults, lived there for 4 nights. Room facilities are clean and tidy. Hotel location is easy and straight forward to drive there (first time to visit Chiang Mai). We are happy that they refilled daily 8 bottled water (2 per persons). Size of swimming pool is good for exercise, not just for fun. A little disappointed that equipment in gym is less than expected. Personal trainers for fitness classes were good and experienced. For the cafe inside the hotel, food quality is good and vibe is prefect for photo-shooting, but a bit too early to close daily. We felt unusual for housekeeping refilled less in the number of towels (no small or medium sized) after daily cleaning, we needed to call them to bring back small towels. No free cooking equipment was provided.
