Very clean and spacious room. WiFi connection is good. Many electrical sockets. Nice view of the field from the balcony. Not noisy as it's a distance from the main road. Ample parking space. Our Family of 5 enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful garden surrounds, playing badminton, riding bikes, playing games and sitting on the back deck watching the fish in the pond. There was also air conditioning in every room and the coffee machine was a nice bonus. The house is located amongst rice fields so you really get the full Thai country experience. There is a CJ supermarket around 5 minutes drive away for essentials.

Above all, the host. He was caring, kind and not money minded. He went out of his way to help guests - bringing eggs, bread, water to our room periodically, and even lending his scooter with no charge.
The place had a small kitchen, which we had to request though it was mentioned on the page. The room was comfortable and we felt home.
Overall, I think this is good value for money, located close to the national park, and the caring/kind host is the biggest pull factor.
