We booked this hotel as part of our Honeymoon, we were very excited to stay here. We were slightly disappointed when we arrived at the airport to find our pre-booked taxi with the hotel did not arrive. They were very apologetic however and greeted me with a bunch of flowers and a lovely cake in our room. The facilities are superb with beautiful rooms. Be mindful that walking to different locations within the hotel complex takes time, they do provide buggy's which pick you up but you have to allow 10-15 minutes until they are available. There are a number of different restaurants within the complex but be prepared to pay a higher price. We ate at the Thai restaurant which was exquisite. The spa facilities are beautiful, I had an amazing massage worth every penny (similar to EU prices). Overall a lovely hotel.

VERY helpful staff (who helped us enormously by assisting taking our Baggage from the Port to the Hotel, and same again when we departed). As I have difficulty when walking they also kindly transported me on a wheeled carriage. This was very much appreciated. Thank you. A GREAT choice a breakfast time, the best I found during my 9 weeks in Thailand.

The resort is in a beautiful location 10 minutes from the airport and the planes don't fly over very often and definitely not late at night. it's on its only lovely beach with lots of local shops nearby for food drinks etc. The resort itself is fabulous they have 3 swimming pools that I saw not including the private pools and all the pools are large and fab for swimming. The restaurant does excellent western and Thai food the seafood is very very fresh and the prices are.amazing for a resort of this calibre. The rooms are very large and spacious have rain shower and normal shower facilities as well as lovely very large jacuzzis on the large balcony and they light up all different colours. Some of the rooms have smart TV and either way they are all flat screen with HDMI leads plug in so you can use your computer etc. The rooms are very modern and tastefully decorated with Thai style in mind as well as plug sockets for all types of plugs.there is a kettle and quality tea and coffee and small bottles of complimentary water they are very well equipped with everything you need and the staff on all levels are great and will always be happy to help you enjoy your stay. The gardens and streams with small guppies and waterfalls are beautiful and the peaceful resort is not too far from chaweng Bhoput Bangrak Chong Mon beach and so much more. For the money I rate this a 10 .
