The view of the city from the hotel was incredible!!! The foods and buffet at the hotel are really taste good. The room is really nice and clean to stay in while you’re on a trip. It feel lke you’re living at home. Overall, in my opion I think the hotel is really a good place to stay. RECOMMANDED!! 5/5
You can go near the city about 60km to tigers farm to feed and play and go for an elephant ride. The city has nice malls and you must visit the Baiyoke sky Hotel Tower2 for a great view and dinner. And don't miss the temples! The streets are very crowded! On the sidewalk everybody sells something including food with heavy smell!
Bangkok was a very busy city, with marvellous features to visit. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit, while having visited Thailand many times. I had only ever passed through Bangkok-so many historical places to see and visit!
First day took the hop on hop off bus, great way to get a quick view of the city. Used sky train/MRT, river boat and taxis after that, travel around the city was easy. Great sights to see, palace, china town ( next time and I will return, plan to stay at Grand China Hotel top of chinatown, river trip was good, temples fantastic, street food and eateries galore ! Recommend this city, rich in culture and so welcoming. Went to floating market. 1 hour or ore out of townn, disappointing and very expensive to enter !
We stayed in Bangkok for 4 nights 2 nights either side of an 11 night stay in Koh Samui. We did the Floating Market half day trip and it was INCREDIBLE We had cocktails at Leuba at the state tower building.....this is a fabulous experience and has panoramic views of stunning Bangkok We visited the Golden Mount Temple which was absolutely stunning We tried to eat at Jai Fai but they were not taking bookings at the time we arrived
I have been visiting Bangkok for decades. In the past I loved it, but something has changed….and it isn’t really the city. As everyone knows, Bangkok is noisy, chaotic, dirty and hot. These are all qualities that I seem to have less tolerance for these days. Still, the city’s vibrance, its delightful people and fabulous food make it an attractive and very exotic destination.
Very high standard hotel. Full value plus money paid. Exceeds a lot of hotels in Thailand. Breakfast like the King's.The hotel staff goes out of their way to respond to every request and does so on the best side.We arrived at the hotel at 12 noon although no dough is done from 3 pm we immediately received the room recommend booking a suite with the entrance to Lunz greatly upgrades the stay Very high level of cleanliness Close to all the famous shopping centers.Taxis are available all the time at the hotel and fair prices
Everything! Fantastic trip. We found the hotel to be leagues ahead of other 5 star hotels we have stayed at I Bangkok - I true step up in every aspect. Meals, service, concierge, spa - all staffed with friendly and knowledgeable staff that went out of their way to make our stay most enjoyable. The 'executive upgrade' which includes breakfast, afternoon tea and evening/sundowner cocktails was definitely worth the fair price to upgrade.
Everything exceeded my expectations! We've stayed at the Mandarin, Kimptom and for the price and location, this is now one of our favourite hotels in bangkok! The staff especially made our stay really amazing! Special mention to Palm at reception, Nat at breakfast and the lovely hostesses in the Club room! They made us feel like royalty! Rooms were perfectly laid out, really comfortable beds, cleaning staff were thorough and very clean!
Bangkok
For the price, I paid this was definitely a good property to stay at especially for a Backpacker like me. I love the location, as Sanam Chai Metro station is 2 Mins away and Wat Arun, Wat Pho and The Grand Palace are just 1 Min away each. So a perfect place if you want to stay cheap and visit all the major thoroughfares in Bangkok. Check out chasingguidlers.com for more Hotel recommendations.
Loved this hotel. Clean and well thought out rooms. Good design and a nice café plus restaurant (plants, lots of wood and a nice atmosphere). Eastern and western breakfast with a decent selection. Very central but quite location. Super steady and fast wifi. Zoom calls etc. went absolutely smoothly. Very friendly staff. One of my favourite hotels in Bangkok at a very fair price.
We took a family room which was way more expensive than the regular room. Space wise, the rooms were very small with glass doors and walls (so if the light in the living room is on, it will lighten the whole suite). Compared to similar hotels in Bangkok, this was among the worst. You could easily find a better and cheaper hotels nearby, which we did.
Staff were helpful and polite. Location was very convenient. The hotel building itself is nestled between several large office buildings and hotels, which made the view from my room amazing. The YWCA Hotel itself exudes a charm of its own - almost like a relic that defies today's trends and stays firmly rooted in its own traditions.
Always stay here when in Bangkok for a short time. Two minute walk to Phayathai SkyTrain Station which has a direct fast link to Suvarnabhumi Airport and two stops to MBK, Siam Square and Siam Paragon shopping centres. Very clean hotel and always a lovely warm welcome, especially from Henry. Good price for such a reasonably new hotel.
Room was large and very comfortable. Had hundreds of TV stations in multiple languages and everything was spotless. For the price the hotel is an exceptional value and out of the dozens of hotels I have stayed at in Bangkok this is one of the nicest and most reasonably priced.
Pathumwan, Bangkok
We stayed in a couple of hotels all over Phuket and Bangkok but this was the best value for money. Amazing location and loved the funky vibe! We stayed in a deluxe private room with private washroom and considering the price it was a great deal. Highly recommended!
Khlong Toei, Bangkok
this hotel really near the BTS and MRT station. Great decoration with blue and white tones. Dedicated hotel owner, good English communication and best customer support. Will come here when I have a chance to come back to bangkok thailand.
Bangkok
this is by far one of the most beautiful boutique hotels in all of Bangkok. It’s hard to explain every little thing that is great about this hotel but I will say there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it.
I stayed many hotels in Bangkok but this is the best one. The stuff, the food, the swimming pool ,the cleanliness everything makes me happy and surprised. I wish them success in their business.
Great hotel in central Bangkok. Super friendly and resourceful staff. Best breakfast on three week long trip to Thailand.
This is the best hotel in Bangkok. We came back to Thailand partially just to stay here!
