This hotel always impress me every time I visit. The suite room must be recently renovated as I noticed it's slightly different from the last time I stayed in this room type. Restaurants, facilities, staffs, everything was still great.

My son really likes the swimming pool with slide. Despite outdated decoration, the room is spacious and clean. The location is good with 7-11 in front of the Soi and walking distant to the beach. There is parking under the hotel building.

This was a beautiful old resort, nice beach, interesting lagoon. What was good was that it was very, very quiet and you could walk a long way. There were lots of small shells, we even saw a porcupine fish although unfortunately it was dead. The bed was the most comfortable that I've had throughout Vietnam and Thailand. Staff did anything you asked of them and were happy to please, but they had to be asked.
Despite its flaws, we did enjoy our stay.

Cha Am is the first nice beach town you can get to South of Bangkok. The beach and town are quite nice, while of course nowhere near the islands or Andaman coast in terms of beauty. I like it for the friendly vibe, great restaurants affordable price level and relaxing beach while on the way through to more scenic locations. You can reach Cha Am in a day when driving from the North, e.g. 10 hours from Chiang Mai. That makes it a very good stop to spend a day or two.
Tucked away location, clean air, spotless room, excellent service, very friendly and courteous staff. Family-friendly, but lovely for couples. The restaurant food was abundant and delicious. Note: we only ate Thai food. It sits right on the beach. When we arrived, we were offered a much larger room with a full balcony at a small increase in price.

For Me Cha Am is, South Cha am beach and north Cha Am beach. North Cha Am Beach is better for Me, a lot of Thai people and less foreigners, a good mix. Water is not Clear as in Phuket area as Rawai, Kata, Karon. very big difference. but I do like Cha Am. The town area other side road Nr. 4. I do not know, as I]m not interested in towns. I do like Cha Am much more then Hua Hin.

Cha am is a great place to aim for when just arriving.
Cha am is a great place to aim for when just arriving. There is a fast bus directly from the airport. I use it the acclimatise, basically getting used to the heat and jet lag for a couple of days before moving on.

Typical Thailand, poverty and luxury hand in hand.
Typical Thailand, poverty and luxury hand in hand. Far too few facilities close by and location unless in the middle of the town. Seven Elevens every 200 yards. Taxis can be a scam so be aware of prices. We paid 105 baht one day and 220 baht the next (via hotel!).
Very nice swimming pool for children. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room is not the biggest one, but is sufficient. The bed is comfortable with good pillows. Wifi is good. Bathroom ok, don't need anything more. Water pressure good. Classic fridge, not that stupid cooling box. Electric kettle. Hair dryer. Nice wardrobe, lot of shelves and drawers.
This hotel is accessible by car, it is in the middle of nothing. If you want to visit some other places, car is probably a must. I.e. Cha Am beach with restaurants is about 10 km far.
The manager and staff were excellent and did everything to make our stay a success.
The pool is clean and a nice area to relax for a while.
The location is excellent just across the road from the beach and in the center of Cha Am.
The room is a good layout with a big comfortable balcony where we relaxed for hours.
Family oriented but very suitable for couples as well.
The restaurant is simple but adequate.
Originally booked one night but stayed two. We will go again.
Modern tropical, cozy and Muji inspired mood and tone for guest room. The pool and room are larger than normal Huahin 4/5 star hotels. Highlights are architecture along walkway, pool bar and the pool itself.
Staffs are attentive, follow the requests efficiently and provide quick checkin. If you cannot take breakfast, you can pre-order breakfast box as well.
What is there not to like? Absolutely nothing! A place to remember and to come back to for sure. Lovely little house with balcony, in a lush garden setting just steps away from the beach.
The most gracious and accommodating couple running this unique hotel, and all set in a lush garden. This is a special place, one not to be forgotten. A true find!
We went to this hotel since my 2 daughters still so young at 2 and 3 years old so we would like to back here for the memory. The hotel room was nice, wide, clean and comfort even there is a small street between the hotel and beach the beach still private and nice for sun rise. Food is also good for breakfast included.
This hotel is wonderful! The rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable, and the sea view from the balcony is gorgeous. I loved swimming in the pool overlooking the sea and reading on comfortable lounge chairs on the beach. My room also had a great bathtub. My two-night stay was such a relaxing experience.
Small hotel with private beach.
Quiet and relaxing environment except for days when wedding taking place, Gardens kept beautiful..
Breakfast - plenty of choice.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Rooms (deluxe sea view) - are spacious and comfortable with large balcony.
Very friendly, a bit old but well maintenance. Everything was fine, ver peace and silence but far from Hua hin city, you better have a car.
This hotel is like a heaven for kids, many activities and i was surprised there was a movie room (small theatre) and arcades.
Large room in a well-located hotel - very close to the beach, restaurants and convenience stores, but far enough from the main bar area to be peaceful and quiet. Great food, including excellent breakfasts in the ground-floor restaurant.
Room is clean. Staff are helpful. Facility in hotel is suitable for kids and family weekend. There are some noise because of the hotel near the road. You can walk across the road to the beach and enjoy your holiday with good scene.
Great pool, poolside drinks, lovely clean beach and great massage and beach bars nearby.
Hotel is a long way from Hua Hin town but I thought this was a good thing and beach so much nicer.
Very comfortable rooms. in our room there was a small sofa for a child. clean bathroom. Parking near the hotel. Hotel near the beach. There are many shops, cafes nearby.
