The palm trees in the resort were amazing. Good food Empty beach I recommend to book the bungalow with an AC and with a fridge. (I stayed two nights and my first bungalow had only a fan and no fridge). Lovely white cat

Ban Ban Bangalow, hotel in Ko Jum

Boasting mountain views, Ban Ban Bangalow offers accommodation with a garden and a terrace, around a few steps from Ting Rai Beach. There is an in-house restaurant and free private parking.

So well looked after by malee and her family Easy to get to ( we travelled by ferry from phi phi , and then tuk tuk taxi from job jum pier ) Makee was quick to reply to any questions prior to arrival Situated on the main road opposite the mosque the property was behind the ban ban restaurant- it felt part of the little village lining the road , a couple of shops , was interesting seeing folk going to and fro, The bungalows are in a nice garden . Across the road and opposite is a track - 10 minutes walk to the beach which is long and lovely , quiet - a couple of bars and restaurants to go to on the beach Malee and her family were lovely kind hosts making you feel part of the family , we had a couple of very nice breakfasts and evening meals there ( pizza was delicious) and a lift to the boat when we left

The bungalow was nicely located in the middle of the island just off of the Main Street! We have travelled all over Asia and haven’t had a greeting as nice as we did from the hosts! The air conditioning worked perfectly and there is a lovely patio with chairs and a hammock for chilling in! Would stay again next time we visit Koh Jum - thank you 🤩

Koh Jum is perfect for relaxation as it is a quiet island with not many cars just scooters to get you around. Would highly recommend staying at Nadia Resort as Chow was the perfect host going out of his way to assist us always with a smile.

Koh Jum is an island away from the hustle, which is great.

Koh Jum is an island away from the hustle, which is great. If the accommodation is advertised as what it is then great, even if at low standard. We stayed at the North-Western end that isn't even connected to the central road, the last km leads over a very washed-out dirt-road. Along the beach are a few tiny "resorts", take your pick for drinks and or food. They're all good! A little more developed is the South-East and South of the island. Go there if that's your vibe, else go North. Don't forget to receive a Thai massage!

Beautiful, quiet beaches. If you wanna really find genuine, cheap price, peaceful island this is your choise! Also great beaches for snorkling but be careful with sea urchins! We really enjoyed the atmosphere and people on the island, there is many reggae bars and good restaurants with delicious Thai food 😛

Koh Jum is a gem and unknown to many.

Koh Jum is a gem and unknown to many. It has not been overdeveloped and maintains a local feel. I fear it will change with the demolition of a number of bungalows at the southern end and talk of a big 5 star resort replacing them. Most people, locals and travellers do not seem happy about this. As many beaches are rocky and unswimmable at low tide, it pays to check carefully for what you want before booking.

Lovely little resort tucked away at the top part of Koh Jum. We felt welcomed by Kwan and her team from the moment we arrived. The resort was tranquil and our villa had amazing ocean views and sunsets and a private beach. We ate each night at the resort and the food there is some of the best we’ve eaten in Thailand. Lovely fish and traditional Thai foods. Thanks again for such a memorable and stay - we hope to be back one day soon. Your staff are such a credit to your resort. They really made a good stay into an amazing one.

We loved the location - there are a few places nearby to eat if you want to eat elsewhere but the hotel restaurant is great with reasonable prices. A nice little touch is that the minibar in the room is free & is restocked every day; just a couple of beers, soft drinks, crisps & biscuits but much appreciated. The staff are lovely & friendly. We arrived on a morning ferry at 9.30am & were offered breakfast that morning and our room was ready at 11.30am. Reception can organise a boat for a day trip or a scooter

These bungalows are a wonderful place to stay at! They are basic but very clean and the bed was one of the comfortable ones during our Thailand trip. The owners take care of their surroundings so the beach infront is also clean and there is no rubbish. They offer good food and breakfast all day long. Very friendly service and nothing to complain about.

Great location, just getting out of the ferry in front of the hotel into the longboat to reach the shore is the beginning of a great stay. Then the fact that the location is far from anywhere reached by land by a winding muddy road that is so fun to do by scooter is another plus. The food is great, the drinks at the bar the same and all the staff amazing

We‘ve usually booked a teak villa with seaview but when we recognized that the villa was not at the front row we could change to a bamboo hut at the front which had a marvelous view. The staff was very friendly and engaged. The food was delicious. Also the day trips organized by the hotel to the phi phi islands and chicken island were great.

The staff that work at the restaurant and bungalows made me feel at home. They accommodated my specific requests like I was family. The room was really spacious as well as the bathroom. The Thai food at the restaurant was also VERY good and I was happy to have such a simple set up of quiet mornings in the garden with their food.

The location was quite nice. The bungalows had incredible views of the sea and there were few mosquitos in the evening so you could enjoy sitting outside on the balcony. The balcony was also spacious. The bungalows themselves had a nice design and air conditioning, though the aircon did need some maintenance.
