I really enjoyed visiting Nakhon Ratchasima.
I really enjoyed visiting Nakhon Ratchasima. The city have nice streets with many restaurants, retail stores,, street vendors, and a great mall located close to the hotels downtown Korat. I definitely plan to visit Nakhon Ratchasima again in the near future.

Unlike the posh and modern Bangkok, Korat is a city of hard working and middle class Thai people. Everybody is nice and polite, but you can't really find English speakers. If you wish to see real Thai (Isaan) rural city life and...
If you wish to see real Thai (Isaan) rural city life and ancient khymer temples phimai Korat has a lot to offer. However Korat in Nakhon Ratchasima is very spread out. If you do not know what a songthaew is, I recommend you will need a tourist guide if you are there for a short time. If you are on an adventure for a very time I would highly recommend Chaiyaphum also. It is small enough to be lost in yet not get lost (I have not been to khon kean yet). For European people most Thai people I have meet in this region understand ]basic english and are very kind/helpful. (Assuming you are polite, If they are not then it is probably you. just saying .... )LLeonNew Zealand

Rooms are comfortable and generous size, the bed was perfect, everything was super clean and working as expected. My room was quiet with a view of trees. Hotel is super quiet, located on a small street just off of one of the main roads in Korat,. It is close to the Zoo, a big hospital and University campus. The owner was at the front desk, happy to answer any questions and offer help if needed. What a great experience it was to stay at the Sept. I will definitely do it again.

I loved the table tennis facility upstairs that was great fun. The hotel was clean and in a good location. Beautiful little walking park across the road with cute little peddle boats. Liked the room service in the mornings. The seating area outside was nice, cute little koi fish pond you can sit by. The iced coffee in the cafe downstairs was also good!
