I did lose my expensive stuff and when I left I forgot them I called them from different country and I talked to serena the maneger and el Saad They found the stuff and kept it for me at lost and found very trustworthy Thanks to them and the whole crew are very polite I recommend this hotel to anyone I give it 5 star
