This hotel is the best place to stay in Gaziantep or possibly even the whole of Turkey. The room was comfortable and quiet and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The staff were helpful and friendly and offered to arrange a taxi to the airport.

Price/performance ration is fine. The age and the time elapsed since the last refurbishment is clear, but the intent to keep things intact can be seen.

I visited with a group of 19 people. The communication with the hotel was incredible from the beginning. We checked-in quite late (11pm) but they had all the rooms and keys prepared for our arrival, thus it took us only a few minutes to check-in the whole group.
Rooms are modern, (extremely) spacious and very clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable.
Service has been amazing. All the staff is polite and always anticipating our needs. I must thank Kadir, who has been amazing in making sure that we have a comfortable stay.
I must say breakfast is the jewel of the crown. Vast, varied and fresh. Coffee is good, no matter if you go for traditional Turkish coffee or an Italian-style espresso, you'll get a good one.
I'd totally recommend to any kind of visitors.
