The room was very clean and near to the Airport. Bye feed around 5 min to the Airport.WIFI was very good.

Breakfast in bed service was poor, No Trolly, struggled to take order in Englis. Food was not quality liek it should be. Tea was too strong.
Spa facilities were terrible, Jaqusi was too hot, Hamam was not mixed so we could not enjoy it as a couple.

I have been a regular visitor to this hotel for many years and always look forward to the excellent service, excellent breakfast, consistently high quality of service and cleanliness in all areas. The direct access to the Viaport shopping mall where you can stroll around or dine out is also very convenient. I was particularly touched by the staff's loving care for the dog "Rex". An outdoor dog, he has been a frequent visitor to the entrance area for over ten years and has become a trademark of this highly recommended hotel. Special thanks for allowing extra time for check-out at the day of departure free of charge. Only request for improvement: Would be nice if the outdoor pool can be re-opened some time to contribute to the over all experience.
