Everything. Owner is friendly and place is amazing. Smart air conditioning and electricity. Owner really put extra effort into making this place very visitor friendly. My kids think it's the best place they've stayed ever in Taiwan.

It is near the local parking lot. I parked my car at the Rose Hall (天主堂) which is located 2 minutes walk away. (and free of charge!)
I was actually could not see the signboard of the hotel easily as the street is quite a bustling place.
When my battery was out due to the long driving and using GPS from Kaohsiung, I forced myself to ask the police station which is also 2 minutes walk away from the hotel. (Perfect and safe location :D) Everyone was super friendly and kind there.
The owner of the hotel provides great breakfast with perfectly roasted meat, fresh local fruits and warm croissant. She asks me which drink I would prefer for breakfast and I enjoyed the best Taiwanese milk tea with my breakfast.
She also displayed some free snacks next to the stairs. My son was so much happy with the Taiwanese snacks!
I read some good reviews about the food but the main beauty of this hotel is the interior design and cleanness & tidiness.
