We didn't try the breakfast as it was Asian food. There is a Family Mart on the corner where you can buy most of what you would need. The location is quiet, but a little remote. If you have your own transport, as we did, it is great. Only a couple of minutes to the freeways, which will get you to the Taipei international airport in around 90 minutes or anywhere in Taichung City in under 30.
