Room is very big and nicely decorated. They upgraded our room for free due to availability. The loft level was loved by my kids who had fun playing upstairs. Staff were very accommodating towards our needs. Breakfast was sumptuous with Chinese and western style. We loved the porridge cooked by the owner. My kids love the sandwich and juice.
Exterior of the house is good for photo taking with nice decor.

I stayed at this hotel twice and this is a review for both of those stays slotted together in an unholy union. I've done this because my experience here was so Janus-faced that I'm not sure how else to do it.
Basically, I stayed one night and I paid about $2000 and I got a truly amazing room. I think one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in in Taiwan and certainly one of the best in terms of making use of the local environment. An amazing spar bath, comfortable bed, and a really incredible balcony with a comfortable chair to lounge in and enjoy a gorgeous view. Really fantastic.
