We’ve stayed in this house with my wife for 2 weeks and we can confirm that this is one of the best places to stay for a holiday near Kyiv. The house is very cozy, with a beautiful yard and forest right in front, with a fireplace in the yard and in the house. Inside it is new, modern and nice to live in, with a marvelous balcony on the second floor. The house is done with such love, that you feel at home there from the very first minute.
There are all the needed facilities for living, and they are even more than enough. You can easily cook any dish you want in the kitchen or on the fire (everything is thought out - grid for grill, skewers, blender, various dishes, coffee machine, and so on). There are two dining places outdoor, which is great, as you can sit in the yard near the brazier when it is sunny, or on the terrace under the roof to hide from the hot sun or rain. Also, there is enough space to park at least 3 cars if you would like to invite some guests 🙂.
The hosts are very nice, they came to meet us personally, and helped us with all kinds of questions during all our stay. They even set us a pool at the yard despite the wartime with just an ask not to be loud according to the current curfew rules, that is much respected.
We highly recommend this place for a couple of days or longer stay. And we will for sure come here more than once ❤️.

I have stayed at the Bakkara before. Its location is ideal. It was a good breakfast although previously I had the buffet breakfast which wasn't available this time. The room was comfortable and clean. I like being on the river.
