This place was just great! Honestly, I could rent it for a leaving - this is just splendid one-bedroom apartment with lots of space, kitchenette, spacy bathroom. good wi-fi and 2 working places, one in the kitchen (improvised) and one good table & a chair in the bedroom (which was also essential to me & my husband, since we had to be able to work simultaneously - we didn't even go the famous coworking (Promprylad), cause we had everything we needed at place and even better!
The apartment has modern design, which is refreshing after seeing other options; it's not luxury (which I obviously would not expect for this price), but minimalistic (except for paintings :), visually appealing & pleasant. The host is also tracking all the comments: someone mentioned there's not enough sockets or no hair dry - I've counted 6 sockets, hair dry, cutlery in the kitchen, coffee/tea, wi-fi was great - long story short, cozy & efficient. Both downtown & railway station are nearby (no noises from the last one, however)
There's no classic reception - but there's a lady at the building who's there at almost all time to handover the keys. Yarema (the host) arranged everything via call, he was kind & polite.
Overall, most pleasant stay! I definitely recommend this place and I would even dear to say it's the best you could get in Ivano-Frankivsk - we've checked out few other hotels and apartments during our stay and nothing compares to this
