Great location. super tranquil if you want sanatorium style of stay.
Literally based near the lake and ex forest. If you need to meditate and listen some birds singing when the moning comes, listen. If you need to to your wakeboard lessons - do, have a picking time or beer party and have some fun - it right here (the beach full of lovely people from Kiev), or to do some reading by the lake - the opion is avaliable except weekends. Weekends are Noisy.When you need to go to the city huge road by the hotel, so easy: use a taxi or 4 bus station to reach underground Zhitomirstaya station🚉 . As for restorant or supermarkets it is right here. 'Verhovina' restaurant was closed during my stay, but it looks big and menu looking good. General information - super friendly stuff and it is quite cosy, because it is a private hotel.
