Really a good experience at this structure in central Sumy city. Room I booked was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony and good windows that kept the noise out. Bed comfortable with high quality bedsheets. Also good towels in the big bathroom. Toiletries are provided. Have not tried the breakfast but I hear it is of good quality. Coffee served at the reception was more than adequate. Would certainly book again.

The Italian professional coffee machine with grinder was a nice and unexpected touch. It's a type of coffee machine which would be considered very good in Italy too and that I had never seen in Ukraine. Also the lights in the Jacuzzi were very nice. Overall a great attention to detail and a great bargain.

nice quiet place to chill, some nice looking bars and places to hang out, town centre has great potential, with some investment it could be a cracking little gold mine, screaming out for terraces with restaurants and coffee shops, money money is what it needs. It is already happening, give it a few years and town will become something. Need information at hotels about tourists attractions and things to do in sumy. Infrastructure needs to be set up but like most places in Ukraine, they dont get the whole tourist thing yet, a hotel can make extra money money by arranging tours and other activities or at least trying to encourage people to stay longer.

Sumy isn't a large city and might not be very exciting for many tourists, but it is a comfortable small city with enough good restaurants, museums, parks, and other things to see. I enjoy visiting this city to walk around and relax. It feels like a safe, friendly place.

The location is perfect, right next to the downtown without actually being right on a noisy pedestrian street. This was my first time with a balcony room, and it was great with a long view of the city, market, bridge, etc. It was a spacious room and huge bathroom, and I frequently made tea and kept my food in the refrigerator. In fact, it's a motel, of single rooms, not dorm rooms, so the price is excellent. There is a kettle and microwave. The manager is a 'good guy'. It's a straight go from the bus station. A longish walk but not too far and if you're traveling light and very' easy to find. They have chickens nearby, so fresh eggs!
