I have stayed in several apartments in Kampala, and Olori has been the best. Management tries really hard to make sure you are looked after, the cleaning is brilliant, the laundry is free, and the internet is reliable. The restaurant downstairs is convenient and pretty good. the market opposite is pretty much always open so you are never short of fresh food and fruits if you need them.
It gets a bit loud some evenings but the soundproof drains out the noise, but some does come thru, nothing too major
