We have family living there so we spend a lot of time in family activities. Downtown is a great place to spend time shopping and the restaurants are plentiful and diverse. A great many parks for the grandkids to play in and explore, we go to a different one each time they visit. Antiquing is our family’s favorite pastime and there are plenty of places to wander through and browse.

I was there to teach a class at Aiken Tech.

I was there to teach a class at Aiken Tech. Didn't have much time for tourist activities. Ate at Jade Restaurant, really liked it. This is my second trip to Aiken for the same reason, so I'm starting to find my way around without depending on GPS. Nothing sticks out as far as wanting to avoid.

And thr front dest worker adriana ? Should have been fired ALONG time ago but the owner refuses to because he cant afford to hire goof help. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO ANY OTHER HOTEL BUT HERE. Restaurants were only open on certain days and certain hours. A couple of places we wanted to go to was partially closed. The weather was nice and people were friendly. A lot of smokers here. Restaurants have tables by the front door so you have to wade through the smoke and one restaurant we went to the smoke followed you in the door.

When we got there we noticed a bunch of people drinking in...

When we got there we noticed a bunch of people drinking in the bar. The lady told us she put us on the other side so we wont be Disturb. After there for 20 mins the people under us started to yell. Screaming about how they kicked him out the bar an swearing up a storm. He was like this a through out the night. When we got into the room the smoke detectors were off the wall an when my daughter used the toilet it would not stop running after that And we kept jiggling the handle and it would not work. The next morning after being rudely woken up by the drunk downstairs we got our stuff together went to check out there was a drunk lady passed out on the couch And when I went to say something to the person at the desk about my experience the only reply I got was wow and that was it would not stay there ever again

Location was good. Beds were clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Room had a funny, moth ball smell. Not as clean as I would have liked. Dirty linens were left out in the hallway across from our room all day. Trash bags left out all day at the side door we entered and left from to get to our car. Breakfast was a disappointment! Cold cereal, waffles, and yogurt. No knives to butter our waffles, no one around front desk to ask. Sticky from syrup tables.

The staff at breakfast was phenomenal. They always went above and beyond expectation. Your hostesses Belinda and Jennifer are exceptional in all aspects of their job. They definitely will be one of our reasons to revisit your hotel. Other services and staff were also very amenable to any of our requests or needs.

The breakfast had plenty of choices and for the most part was well supplied. The room was a great value for the money. It had no bed bugs and was quite comfortable. The mattresses maybe could use some updating though. The front desk was very helpful.

The restaurant experience was terrific. They had a small band in the lobby. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. This is a really old hotel, but they make you feel like its home.

We did not utilize the breakfast. The hotel was ok but it was very noisy at night. Random phone calls to our room and a drunk guy knocked on our door.
