The room was very nice and the staff was great.
The room was very nice and the staff was great. The breakfast was pretty good except the fruit wasn't ripe, the boiled eggs were a bit rubbery, and maybe some pastries instead of just toast and bagels. The juice was great and the pancakes were good. The bed was comfortable.
Front desk staff needs training. Charged us for the wrong room. We had prepaid for our room and were charged a second time placing nearly $1000 worth of hold on our bank account. Promised the manager would come talk to us which they never did.
This hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff was very friendly. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I liked how big the bathroom was. It was very quiet. It was nice the pool and hot tub were open.

Breakfast wasn't the best. Due to COVID, when the hotel states breakfast included they should indicate what that includes. Jimmie Dean sandwiches are not necessarily healthy.
