My GPS took me to the wrong hotel in a not so safe neighborhood. I reached out to the hotel, and the night manager was so helpful. He gave me directions and I finally arrived. All the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was fantastic . They even let me in the room without paying up front due to my agent running behind on a flight. They trusted him and myself and instead of making me sit in the lobby for hours They put me in a room so I could sleep .

Nothing I didn't even stay . We were waiting for the rest of our group because we landed a few hours before them which the guy that was paying was on the delayed flight . So after being in the lobby for 1 hour so douchebag little security guard came and made us leave even though we had a reservation . Horrible service and he's a security guard .
